Refund Policy

Physical Products

We want you to be completely satisfied with your FocusedMind purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at FocusedMindEmail@proton.me with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Supplements (Creatine Monohydrate & Himalayan Shilajit Resin)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened supplement products unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, The Comeback Blueprint course is non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we'll resolve it promptly.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at FocusedMindEmail@proton.me with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement/refund at no cost to you.
